With over three decades of experience, Rodney has seen all the hair do’s and don’ts one could imagine, Rodney prides himself on giving back to the industry that has given him so much. Mr. Barnes lectures at numerous beauty schools, both national and international, in exotic places like Puerto Rico, St. Lucia and Guadalupe where he has shared his knowledge and passion to educate and motivate future professionals. He is the proud owner of Rodney L. Barnes Hair Salon where he trains and mentors the areas most talented stylist, “when love and skill works together expect a masterpiece” is his motto. Rodney wants to inspire the hairdressing community.

One of the areas most talented stylist her excitement and passion for her craft is infectious. Alex loves to take your hair from nowhere; to somewhere in no time flat, this is what drives her. A native of the Sunshine State she has brought that heat to her head turning creations, “I want to change the world one hairstyle at a time”.
